01

The starting problem

Manage brands, content and language versions within a coherent publishing system. The same process does not work identically in every organization. We start by reviewing user roles, information flow and existing tools.

02

The components

Shared content model; Brand and language separation; Editorial publishing control. These components need a shared data source and clear responsibility boundaries. Interface and business rules are checked against the same scenarios.

03

Shared management, distinct brand contexts

Teams managing several brands or languages can face repeated entry and accidental publication. We start by separating shared content, brand-specific copy and language versions. One management system does not require every brand to look alike.

Editors should keep drafts, preview work, add sources and decide when to publish. Services can link to relevant projects without maintaining independent copies of the same record. Changing a slug also requires a decision about its old address.

For the first release we propose a clear set of content types: services, solutions, references and publications. Editorial roles or approval workflows can follow actual team needs. Titles, descriptions, language relationships and internal links should follow visible page content. We favour useful material that helps a reader decide, not empty topics or automatically duplicated location pages.

04

First-release focus

Completing a frequent journey end to end is more valuable than many half-finished features. We first define entry, permissions, records, editing and error behaviour. Subsequent releases follow observed needs.

05

How we proceed

Discovery establishes existing data, integration access, content owners and success criteria. The data model, visual experience and acceptance checks then follow the same plan. A similar portfolio item is a starting point, not a substitute for defining your scope.
