01

What need does this address?

Usable, understandable applications for iOS and Android. Technology is selected around team experience, device requirements and product lifecycle. We start with how the work happens today, where time is lost and what users need to complete. The problem definition comes before a list of tools.

02

How do we define scope?

We identify existing systems, content, data sources and decision owners. The priority journey, boundaries of the first release and deferred requirements are recorded. Integration access and third-party costs are evaluated separately.

03

Device conditions matter as much as screens

We do not estimate a mobile product solely by its screen count. We define what should happen when connectivity disappears, the app enters the background, notification permission is declined or the account changes. Camera access, file selection, location, payment and notification requirements should be visible during the initial technical review.

We propose choosing Flutter or React Native through team experience and demanding workflows. For an image-heavy app, a small experiment covering cancellation, upload progress, retries and image orientation is more informative than several ordinary list screens. When mobile accompanies an existing store, we inspect its API and source of truth so products do not need to be entered twice.

Store submission has its own preparation: account ownership, listing copy, support contact, privacy information and permission explanations. We do not guarantee a store's review decision. Delivery planning includes a test build, physical-device checks, issue records and an update method. The target user, main usage moment and essential device capabilities are enough to begin the conversation.

04

What is checked before delivery?

Core deliverables for this service: User journeys, Mobile interface, APIs and sessions, Store preparation. Alongside normal use, we check missing data, invalid input and interrupted operations. A feature being visible and actually working are separate acceptance criteria.

05

After the initial delivery

Source code, access, setup and version information are documented as part of delivery. Maintenance, content updates and new features have a separately agreed scope. Time and pricing are not promised before discovery.

Common questions

Can this work with my existing system?

We first review data, APIs and access in the existing system, then compare integration and rebuilding against scope and maintenance effort.

How are timeline and pricing determined?

The proposal follows clarification of workflows, content readiness, integrations and acceptance criteria. Third-party service costs are identified separately.
