This describes the local working version. Before public launch, confirm the controller, retention periods, providers and contact process and prepare the final privacy notice.
Stored information
The inquiry form stores name, email, optional company, phone where required, project note and time preference in this installation’s SQLite database. It does not automatically send email or reserve a calendar slot.
Questions & answers
Your display name and question first enter the review queue. They are published when an administrator responds and approves. Do not share confidential information.
Administration and control
Administration uses passwords and server sessions. Content backups contain publishing data only. Personal records remain in server files; access, deletion and retention policies must be established before public use.
