01

What need does this address?

Information architecture, user journeys, design systems and motion. A consistent standard from the first screen to the final step, with clear and accessible behaviour. We start with how the work happens today, where time is lost and what users need to complete. The problem definition comes before a list of tools.

02

How do we define scope?

We identify existing systems, content, data sources and decision owners. The priority journey, boundaries of the first release and deferred requirements are recorded. Integration access and third-party costs are evaluated separately.

03

From visual direction to a usable product

We start by identifying the job a visitor wants to complete. A marketing website, dense data dashboard and mobile checkout do not need the same hierarchy. Brand character, content density and device conditions guide the direction rather than applying one template with different colours.

The first direction is tested with real headings, long descriptions and representative records. Empty, loading, error and success states are part of the design. A table without records, a form revisited through Back and a keyboard-opened dialog all need deliberate responses. Motion should explain relationships, not delay the user's task.

During implementation, typography, spacing, controls and behaviour become shared components. We review actual browser captures at matched viewports. Mobile adaptation revisits content order instead of merely shrinking text. Deliverables specify whether design files, an interactive prototype or a working frontend are included. Visual acceptance does not substitute for backend or security checks that have not been performed.

04

What is checked before delivery?

Core deliverables for this service: Journeys and prototypes, Design system, Interaction and motion, Responsive review. Alongside normal use, we check missing data, invalid input and interrupted operations. A feature being visible and actually working are separate acceptance criteria.

05

After the initial delivery

Source code, access, setup and version information are documented as part of delivery. Maintenance, content updates and new features have a separately agreed scope. Time and pricing are not promised before discovery.

Common questions

Can this work with my existing system?

We first review data, APIs and access in the existing system, then compare integration and rebuilding against scope and maintenance effort.

How are timeline and pricing determined?

The proposal follows clarification of workflows, content readiness, integrations and acceptance criteria. Third-party service costs are identified separately.
